Dolphin Energy Form

Displays a centered HubSpot-embedded form for Dolphin Energy Club energy healing requests. The form is loaded via the HubSpot Forms API with a hardcoded portal and form ID.

Features:

• Centered card layout with generous vertical padding
• Configurable heading above the form
• HubSpot form embed (portal 2517122, form bfd2a91a-162f-4bbc-8c6d-0a9a0f64a9d0)

Settings:

• heading (text) — Title displayed above the form, default “Energy Request”

Tailwind Status: Full All layout and spacing uses Tailwind utility classes.
